Looking at Andrew Kirp’s piece of art, we can see that the phone is angled in one direction and the objects above are angled in another direction.
Discussing CONTENT: What does it communicate?
The diagonal lines create movement to the piece. The objects portraying nature and wildlife above the phone, with the momentum from the lines, gives us a feeling of freedom and calmness.
A thought about the piece could be that we spend way too much time focusing on our technology and forgets that there is life to be found outside.
