Describing FORM: What is the specific communicative strategy? Where is it found?
Symmetrical balance is created when left sid and right side of the vertical axis are identical in visual weight – line, shape, value, texture and color are a perfect mirror image.
Discussing CONTENT: What does it communicate?
The symmetrical balance gives me a feeling of balance and satisfaction. Its similar to carrying grocery bags to- and from the car, you want to distribute the weight of the bags so each hand carries the same weight, which makes it easier for you to walk.
This is satisfying for the eye since its equal weight on both sides.
