When similar elements are repeated in a clear, gradually changing manner, a progressive rhythm is created.

The piece brings a feeling of satisfaction for me, because of the swaying movement in each arm. The white and black arms carries the same visual weight so the progressive rhythm allows our eyes to gently move from one corner to another.
