PRINCIPLE—Rhythm: Regular Repetition
Describing FORM: What is the specific communicative strategy? Where is it found?
Regular repetition is found where like elements recur in the same form--or a non-changing, static manner. In the image, you'll see that the face, helmet, and eyes are cast repetitively down to the left in a similar manner. With no unique trait to the faces, they appear to be artificial (man-made).
Discussing CONTENT: What does it communicate?
The use of regular repetition is reminiscent of an echo chamber. The set of repetitive faces gives off a soulless feeling or more of puppetry feeling as they are artificial. The low value along with the repetitive rhythm amplifies the gloomy feeling and that they're not here to play.
