Human scale is the size of an object relative to the size of our body. without a human figure present, we are uncertain to the size of the objets. In human scale - large scale is all about standing out. When it comes to large scale we ar representing something important or something monumental.

This image definitely communicates something monumental and majestic. It compares the Buddha stutue to the size of the human scuba diving, it almost gives you the feeling that it is swallowing you up. Plus it gives the buddha statue certain level of importance because of the size and it emphasize that feeling also with the spotlight.
