PRINCIPLE – UNITY: CLOSURE
Describing FORM: What is the specific communicative strategy? Where is it found?
Closure is an aspect of the Gestalt Theory that occurs when separate objects are placed in a way
that additional shapes are formed. You'll see that the heartless monsters are gathered like a storm in the air and forming somewhat a circle. The heartless in unity causes the characters to flee due to its overwhelming look as it is bigger and more terrifying.
Discussing CONTENT: What does it communicate?
When something low contrast and low value starts to pile up in unity, it becomes a focus spot of terror to the main character. At the snapshot, I feel that it's very hostile as it's gathering right before Sora (Main character). Although, if looked more closely on the black cloud of heartless - you'll see that each of them aren't in control, but they're more unified as one whole being.
